Schedule Change: Ruth Maude replacing Dawn Comber in Beginner/End User track.

Dawn Comber was originally scheduled to present How to Write Great Copy for your Blog in our Beginner/End User track. We’ve had to make a last-minute change, however, because Dawn just won a trip to BlogWorld Expo in Los Angeles (which is happening on the same weekend as WordCamp Toronto).

Ruth Maude, and her presentation on SEO for bloggers, will take Dawn’s place on Saturday afternoon.

A message from Dawn:

“I regularly read certain blogs and one of them is John Jantsch’s (Duct Tape Marketing). He wrote a post on the future of blogging although it was called “Why You No Longer Need a Blog” – a great hook and it drew me in. So I read the post and he offered 3 tickets as prizes for finishing the sentence: The future of blogging is … My reply won first prize: full access to BlogWorld Expo in LA. Lots of big names there (Guy Kawasaki, Chris Brogan, Deanna Brown, Liz Strauss – to name a few). Interesting sessions, fun parties and a great time.”

A big congratulations to Dawn on winning this awesome prize. It’s a great opportunity! We hope to hear some great stories from you at the next WordPress Toronto meetup.
