Why WordPress?

It’s easily the most extensible CMS and has a fantastic user community surrounding it which I’m proud to be a part of.

What are you most looking forward to at WordCamp Toronto?

Great speakers! Speaking myself will be a blast, but hearing the other great speakers and getting to meet them is what I love most.

Why did you decide to speak at WordCamp Toronto?

I’ve spoken at other WordCamp events around the country, but haven’t done so in Ontario, my home province!

What is your talk going to be about?

It’s all about the great mobile tools available for WordPress users to both publish content on the go & present their websites for mobile and tablet devices.

What is one thing you want people to walk away with from your talk?

Mobile/tablet consideration for website presentation is important, and far less difficult to implement than it used to be, thanks to great tools that work well with WordPress.

What is your favourite WordPress plugin or theme? Why?

I’m biased : ) Of the ones we create, it would have to be WPtouch Pro.

Made by others, Gravity Forms. It’s just so well done, top to bottom. They’ve made the onerous and boring task of creating forms a delight— no small feat.
